Attending a Kids Love Nature open day

Attending a nursery will be a completely new experience for most children and our open days are the perfect opportunity for your child to get a taste of the Kids Love Nature approach.

When are the open days?

We are running open days for all our Nature Nurseries over the next couple of months, starting with:

• Lymington on the 20th January

• Avon Heath on the 27th January

• Marwell Zoo on the 17th February

• Durlston on the 17th March

All the open days are on a Saturday from 10 am - 12 pm, giving you and your child plenty of time to explore the unique and beautiful surroundings that our nurseries are located in.

Who can attend?

They are open to any family looking for the perfect environment for their child. The children will get a taster of the kind of activities we do at our Nature Nurseries and will no doubt have a great time!

What can I expect from the open day?

There will be plenty of hands-on activities for your child to join in on during the morning including, baking, art activities, den building, playing in the mud kitchen and meeting the animals. Make sure they bring wellies and waterproofs if it’s wet, as we love getting muddy!

The open day will also give you a chance to have a look around the nurseries and meet the Key People that will be surrounding and supporting your child in these critical stages of childhood.

Children that attend our nature nurseries learn key skills that will help them thrive later in life. We focus on independence, confidence and respect, and our staff work closely with each child to nurture, educate and assist them, whilst still giving them the freedom to explore.

How do I register to attend?

Signing up for any one of our open days is easy, just fill in the form here on the appropriate event location.  This helps us get an idea of numbers, however, if you don’t get round to registering you’re welcome to just turn up!
